ezeeconfig’s MDM project management team will work with the customer:
- To configure the MDM program roadmap in Cloud MDM 360.
- Ensure real time reporting of the project and manage exceptions.
ezeeconfig’s MDM functional team will work with the customer’s functional team to:
- Recommend best practices when designing the new MDM application onboarding and maintenance flows
ezeeconfig’s MDM technical team will work with the customer’s technical team to:
- Extract their legacy master data for validation and cleans
- Validate and configure the new MDM application environment
- Recommend best practice in technical development of application components
